Tudor Juravlea facilitates collaborative problem solving with multidisciplinary teams. He coaches teams to innovate and work better together, with Lean UX, Design Sprint and Design Thinking tools and methods.
Tudor Juravlea has grown professionally in a few amazing teams, inside some of the most formidable companies in Romania: Orange, ING, Vodafone and E.ON and now uses this experience in coaching and facilitation of innovation projects.
Tudor Juravlea loves to work with creative innovators on diverse projects and give something back, so he is often helping startups - as a mentor at Innovation Labs and MVP Academy accelerators. Sometimes he speaks at meetups and conferences on Innovation and Human Centered Design topics.
Tudor Juravlea wants to contribute actively to the growth and public understanding of Experience Design as a profession and that is why he co-founded the first professional UX association in Romania: Asociatia Romana de User Experience Design.
